Pros

Flexible hours, work from home and a decent PTO policy. Most of the people are really great at least in my BU.

Cons

Highly bureaucratic, processes are too stringent and highly redundant - it takes forever to get anything done. Total waste of everyone’s precious time. All of these processes add to the cost of products making Continental uncompetitive when it costs 10M In R&D and competitors can do it for 5M. Some managers think you should be on call 24/7. I find different work functions do not take ownership of their tasks possibly due to being overloaded. Very flat organization. Once you achieve a certain grade level it’s near impossible to advance. Higher grade levels have very few openings.
