Great Culture Change - Head of Strategy Continental Employee Review

Still some old school "Finance/Control" Freaks out there, especially in some divisions, but hopefully they will be replaced and number will decrease over time. On top, difficult still to make transverse career moves as company was still focusing on employing specialists for every position (e.g. HR VP comes from HR Community, CFO comes from Finance Community etc.)
