1. Low Salaries compared to the OEMs and competitors
2. Expectation of significant overtime with a pat on the back being the only compensation
3. During all employee meetings and other large meetings, HR blocks the questions they don't want made public to the rest of the organization. Hard to ask for changes when they won't answer questions openly.
4. HR talks down to employees and holds so much power that it's better to leave the company and return instead of work hard and prove your worth
5. Extremely complex engineering process with little knowledge in upper management of the work required
6. Amount of work required on projects is 2-3x managements expectation.
