good mentorship and training program. Nice working environment and coworkers. They also have a lot of HR spirit event every week or month. Good benefit
Cons
Not really motivated and encourage their employee. Especially in our team, the leader won't praise you when you did a good job, and also no punishment even you did it terrible .
