Great work-lifebalance, Fantastic benefits. The bonus is a really good aspect. Most people are very friendly. Tons of fringe benefits.
Cons
low pay. Hard to move up. There's a rule that you can't transition out of a position for 12-18 months depending on dept. if they want you where you are they will make it hard tomove.
