- company is too big when no one bothers to get to know one another - political issues - everyone should mingle more - we participate in the events because we are asked to do so, not because we want to do so - started to get boring@work (will be hard to retain younger generations like us) and there is no actual relationship established - own department is not supportive of changes - daily 'tai chi' exercises
