Pros
Excellent company for networking, relationships, global communication and automotive growth and knowledge. Continental supports their employees and has a wonderful culture.
Cons
Continental is big. While the stability is there, change can be difficult and they sometime come off as 'unaccomodating'. However, this is often counter-balanced with a reasonable supervisor/manager. The centralized German 'privilege' is true within the company. To clarify, it is easy to move around and up in the company, but it is easier if you are German or move to Germany.
