      Flexible schedule, good vacation time (17-day start up to 27-days total), & good employee culture

      Cons

      Its a German company so there is a little preference to Germans. HR not really the best; imaginary policies can tend to pop up.

      Toxic management and work environment. Management feels as if they can talk to employees however they want without them saying anything back.
