      Pros

      I love working at Continental in México. It has plenty of opportunities to grow. People are very helpful.

      Cons

      We depend too much on decisions being made from other Countries. We are not as autonomous as I would like to be for our decision making process.

      Pay and benefits are pretty good

      Toxic management and work environment. Management feels as if they can talk to employees however they want without them saying anything back.
