      Great culture, people, leadership, benefits, balance of work-life. Large and global organization with a lot of opportunities for career growth. The work environment is pretty good, a lot of innovation and recognition from customers.

      Cons

      Not really competitive salaries for being one of the largest Tier 1 automotive suppliers and top leader in their industry.
