      Pros

      Work in here for over 16 years. Happy with the work life integration system. Decent pay (could always get more but cant complain). Nice people, good managers in the location, still hybrid and secure while other companies layoff people. Up to 28% annual bonus depending on clear performance rules, seniority level and company financial results

      Cons

      Not many new projects lately, Losing people because they get bored, Management still trying to push SAFe/Agile while we know it doesn't work and makes us expensive. Still they push after years of failure. No stock options, making us less competitive than the top tech companies in US to attract talent

      Pros

      Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

      Cons

      Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
