Good culture , lot of cross region / function / BU team work . strong product competitiveness respect local customer culture, willing to grow with customer together . good training system allow talents to take additional challenge job and get mentored and recognized. lot of oversea job rotation

average level of salary in auto industry conservative ,prudent strategy . bureaucratic , German HQ keep things secret . not so value sales as believing good product itself brings business
