Pros
Steady work environment, not big surprises, "humane" in general. It is perhaps good for career starters to get an introductory experience
Cons
Not easy to climb up the ladder without vitamin B, people can get "lost" in such big organisations. Also due to its reputation it might be hard to get an opportunity at first place.
