The Continental Autonomous Mobility office in Budapest has a young and fresh leadership with empowerment and trust in mind. I got leadership opportunities very quickly and was able to develop under strong mentorship. Budget and possibilities were always available for learning. The salary is really good with private health care benefits available
Cons
As the european automotive industry is going south, the structure is cracking and there is a high level of chaos in conplex projects. Sales numbers are low, cost cuttibgs and layoffs all around while the expectation is to deliver more and more complex solutions
