Flexibility to work from home. Generally, most NA employees care about their work and are very helpful. Fairlawn, OH has well-maintained facilities with plenty of scheduled events to meet other employees and get away from your desk.
Cons
Management is a hit or miss. It varies between teams. Most likely due to a lack of training. Expectations are not well communicated from Germany. Promotions can be few and far between. Workload can be overwhelming.
