Pros
The only pro is the people you work with. However, it's impossible to overlook the prevailing atmosphere of stress and job insecurity that pervades the company. This pervasive fear of job loss creates an environment where employees are united more by anxiety than by genuine job satisfaction.
Cons
There is constant turnover in executives and leadership is utterly lacking, with management often making decisions that seem disconnected from reality and employee needs. The products are severely outdated and somewhat unreliable, leaving us to play catch-up with competitors. The work-life balance is non-existent; employees are expected to work long hours with below average pay, which not only affects personal lives but leads to burnout. Overall, this company is not a great place to work, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive and forward-thinking work environment.
