The airline's customer reviews are a direct reflection of the upper management. They do not care about you or your time. If the plane isn't fixed, you're not leaving. You can leave work after a 20-hour shift, and they expect you to be back on-site in 4-6 hours. Mx planning has no clue what they are doing, and Mx control knows it. They will schedule every inspection for one day because it makes their jobs easier. They have no clue what the inspections they schedule actually entail or how long they take. They will not tell you that your time off is vested only. If you accept the job in January, you will not have any vacation days to use for the entire year.
