When I was there, they terminated 4 other people within few month span with zero notice. The company is changing direction in a really scary way. Also they preach WAY too much DEI but it's ironic because it's all white people preaching.

Fair pay, wonderful coworkers, work that has a valuable mission. I would 100% work here again. Management is fair, helpful, and understanding. If you get the chance to work here, you should take it!
