Pros

Work life balance. 5 days job and its not stressful. Easy to go for long leave for vacation.

Cons

Over employed of staff seriously especially in Singapore warehouse. Too many old birds and managers always care for them more due fo seniority concept. Too many managers in Singapore warehouse. Bosses unfair. Hidden racism and obvious favoutism. Some employees can very high pay the same job as you. The gap is so much different but these high flyers are actually underperform.

Management that doesn’t have any clear direction for the company. Pointless company calls where folks who have been with Converge since inception go through the motions. There’s ZERO team atmosphere and you better watch your back. Everybody is catty and moody and it’s digressive. Indicative of why competitors with less backing win business
