      competitive pay great people poor management. Always enjoyed the sales contests and incentives run monthly large inventory to sell from and attain sales goals

      poor middle management high turnover of decent sales people old boys club mentality. If you had been there during the shortages back in 2000 then u missed the boat.

      Freedom of accounts, lots of work/life balance. Initial profit sharing in the first year

      Management that doesn’t have any clear direction for the company. Pointless company calls where folks who have been with Converge since inception go through the motions. There’s ZERO team atmosphere and you better watch your back. Everybody is catty and moody and it’s digressive. Indicative of why competitors with less backing win business
