      They pay well and good environment and work on hybrid mode. One day a week wfh. Some time foreign tour.

      Sometime issue with the promotion. They will pay you good but they will not you promote and promote only favourite candidate

      Freedom of accounts, lots of work/life balance. Initial profit sharing in the first year

      Management that doesn’t have any clear direction for the company. Pointless company calls where folks who have been with Converge since inception go through the motions. There’s ZERO team atmosphere and you better watch your back. Everybody is catty and moody and it’s digressive. Indicative of why competitors with less backing win business
