Pros
Great work-life balance. You are never asked to work on the weekends. The company genuinely cares for its employees long-term career growth. The interview process is rigorous with multiple assessment tests but when you get hired, it is a long term career move. Most of the team members stay with the company for a long time and everyone here is helpful and out to help the other.
Cons
If you're not an independent worker and require a lot of assistance/guidance, this might not be the best environment for you
