Cons
The whole “we stand on our values and beliefs” shtick is complete and utter garbage. They have unrealistic expectations of their employees too soon, managers operate in a “free for all” capacity where they are able to make decisions for the team based on their own personal needs and subjective judgements, and upper level management is reluctant to make any real change that improves operations in the corporate space. During the interview, they sell you this dream of growth and learning potential but once you’re employed it’s something very different. I regret working there and falling for the script. It was a great waste of time. The best part about that place was the snacks and that is the ONLY reason this place got one star from me.
