Leadership is a problem - Administrative Convergint Employee Review

Leadership does not listen to the colleagues that are actually doing the job. A bunch of backstabbing and people are rude for no reason. Nothing is planned out properly and it’s always do more and there is no work life balance. Absolutely no room to grow in my current department. Goals are given but they are unrealistic because the leadership team doesn’t allow you to work towards the specific items so the next year the goals won’t be met because you are held back.
