The biggest problem is management they don't follow the values and beliefs, they create a hostile environment at the work place also when they are doing things wrong they are not accountable for their actions, management protects their own not the employees. Also management tell employees to do work that's its against state laws or regulations and company policy because they're the ones in charge the employees have to do it. Managers discriminate against employees and when a employee files a complaint with HR nothing ever happens.
