Pros
Excellent support staff and colleagues. Customer Success is a well-run, well -oiled machine. Internships are paid and give the internee the chance to work and gain experience with multiple departments. Managers are supportive, encouraging, and generally do not micro-manage. The workplace culture is jovial and light-hearted, making it much easier to work hard. Managers truly reward and acknowledge employees who work hard in weekly employee appreciation meetings. A strong performance as an intern may lead to a full-time position. If you get an intern position with Conversica, you are quite lucky.
