Unfortunately, I Can Not Recommend - Sales Conversica Employee Review

Pros

Good base salary - but so what? If you can't make your number who cares about your base salary. Your happiness will suffer and you'll constantly feel the stress of being put on plan and being fired. The work/life balance is good because no one is checking on what you're doing, which also means you get zero support and guidance to becoming successful (if that's even possible).

Cons

ABSOLUTELY ZERO LEADERSHIP - from the top down. No differentiation in their product offering, compared to other solutions Their idea around 'Next Generation Chat' is not ready for sale. Go try it for yourself on their website. Ask some off topic questions and see how it behaves. Very difficult to differentiate the value of Conversica products over other products most potential customers already own.

Conversica Response

We value all employee feedback (current and former) and encourage you to share more detail with our People Team if you are open to it. Sales for emerging and disruptive technologies can be hard, especially when you're fighting the status quo. We understand that Conversica's growth path is not for everyone as well. We wish you the best.

Pros

New CEO is sharp and focused, you can feel the momentum picking up Overall leadership is approachable and easy to reach out to Teammates are hardworking, collaborative, and genuinely care. Interesting space to work in (Ai + tech) with projects that move quickly Fully remote with solid benefits Opportunity to make an impact

Cons

Not the right place if you want everything handed to you - you have to be ok with figuring thing out on your own sometimes. Small team means you often wear multiple hats - something I enjoy, but others may not Fully remote setup isn't for everyone It can be a lot at times, but if you like solving problems and taking ownership, it's rewarding.
