Where to begin! 1. Investation of bugs. On daily/weekly basis you will see cockroaches. 2. Harrassment/violent threats are not handled properly and sometimes NOT AT ALL. 3. Being told that you will be made permant with benefits when the opening are available but when they actually become available they pick random people who have no seniority...rather than those who have been there since the site has opened. 4. Human resources are practically "un-untouchable". You have to go through secuirty to even ask to speak to one. 5. NOTHING IS CONFIDENTIAL. 6. Retaliation if you state anything negative. Whether its a report or something you go to upper management. You will be demoted...or even fired. 7. They promote who they want. They do not properly post job openings but rather randomly promote whoever they want. 8. The rules change EVERYDAY! 9. Training was rushed. 10. They lie constantly. 11. You have to answer to your supervisor (obviously) but also to the other sups as well. 12. Unprofessional 13. Unorganized 14. Poorly managed 15. There were several employees who were bit by bugs....all they did was set mouse traps.....Really?!?! (bed bugs. Fleas. Cockroaches. Even head lice!)
