Pros

Coworkers and call center are great.

Cons

You can start out with good hourly pay but every time you commit more to the company (from float to PT/ FT) they will cut your pay. Every. Single. Time. No weekend or evening differentials. You work a holiday? Only a 5% pay increase. Christmas? Only 5% extra. No time and a half. Must commit to a six month scheduling. So if you tell them that you can work Mondays, be prepared to work every Monday for 6 months. Need one of them off? Better hope someone will take your shift or you’re either stuck using PTO or get an occurrence. If you’re an admin/salary person then you’ll get six weeks paid maternity leave and then another six weeks with 40% pay. If you’re just a measly VI, you get absolutely no paid maternity leave. Nothing. But don’t worry. You’ll get a free t-shirt. The place is a joke.
