Pros

Self care is encouraged and numbers aren’t a priority. Lots of autonomy.

Cons

When staffing is low and call volume is high it can be easy to feel overwhelmed. Managers are remote and it’s hard to feel a connection when you are not in person.

We could not agree more that it's tough to make connections virtually when managers, leaders, interpreters and our admin staff are predominately remote. Pros

Almost everyone signs ASL. Many smart people work for Convo.

Cons

Expectations sometime can be a little high but it is ok because its a small company.
