Convo has a history of laying off an employee without warning. I was trying to arrange to be able to take my vacation days for incoming dates and was got approved then kept working till when I'm back from the vacation and I was laid off right there on the day after returning to work. They don't have a clear guideline of how much PTO I am able to collect while employed. To the future employee - be expected to get laid off at any time wherever they are feeling.
