Pros

Learning Opportunities: Convoso offers a chance to gain valuable experience in the tech and sales industries, with opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge.

Cons

Working at Convoso has been quite the rollercoaster ride, to say the least. While there have been some positive aspects, it's hard to ignore the frustrating and stressful elements of the job. On the positive side, Convoso does offer learning opportunities. I've had a chance to gain valuable experience in the tech and sales industries, which has helped me develop my skills and knowledge. The competitive compensation and benefits have also been a relief, providing financial stability in uncertain times. The collaborative environment is another plus. I've had the opportunity to interact with my colleagues, and there's potential to build strong professional relationships here. Additionally, the company's focus on innovation means I get to work on cutting-edge projects and solutions, which can be exciting. However, it's essential to address the cons. The stress levels at Convoso can be overwhelming. Tight deadlines and demanding expectations have often left me feeling on edge. Maintaining a work-life balance has been a constant struggle, as long working hours make it challenging to meet personal commitments. One of the most frustrating aspects has been unclear communication. Management's expectations are not always well-defined, leading to confusion and frustration among employees. The lack of adequate training and support has also made it difficult to excel in my role, adding to the stress. Job security concerns linger in the background due to the company's financial instability and frequent changes in management. The heavy workload can be exhausting, and internal organizational issues, such as inefficient processes, only exacerbate the situation. Career advancement opportunities seem limited, and this can be disheartening for those looking to grow within the company. In conclusion, my experience at Convoso has been a mix of highs and lows. While there are valuable learning opportunities and competitive compensation, the stress, work-life balance challenges, and frustrating aspects of the job cannot be ignored. It's essential to weigh these factors carefully before considering employment at Convoso.

Pros

Good people at the individual level. You'll learn something.

Cons

Joined excited. The potential felt real, and the people are genuinely good. What you don't see coming, commitments don't stick here. You'll be told what you need to hear to stay motivated, and then watch nothing change. When things go wrong, the company looks at the person, not themselves. Roles are poorly defined, direction shifts constantly, and by the time you realize that you were never set up to succeed, it's already too late. Leadership doesn't know what they want. Rather than listening to the people they hired, they cycle through outside consultants with each one bringing a new direction, new priorities, new frameworks. Then the next one arrives, and it all shifts again. The people inside are left absorbing the whiplash. HR exists to protect leadership, not employees. If you ever need someone in your corner, don't count on finding them here. Some people leave. Some get pushed out quietly. Some stay and grind through it. None of those outcomes are about the individual, they all point to the same place. Note on the 5-star reviews: Pay attention to when they were posted and how long those reviewers had been there. Read the patterns, not the stars. Bottom line: Promises don't get kept. Direction changes with every new consultant. Leadership says the right things and does something else. If you're looking for stability, clarity, or a place that will genuinely invest in you, keep looking.
