Family-like work environment. Great specialists.

Cons

Management could be improved. We become the low man on the totem pole. You are expected to complete 12 hrs worth of work in your shift and you BETTER NOT HIT OVERTIME. Very “clique-y” so if you aren’t sucking up, you don’t fit in.
