OK starting salary. There’s a range of pay based on length of experience but you must negotiate to get higher salary within the range.

Cons

Management rewards their friends, not necessarily the great contributors to the department’s success. EHR system is terrible and not user friendly. Hostile management that talks and acts very unprofessional. Embarrassingly bad health insurance.
