Pros
Not sure that I can find any to tell about, other than the few amazing people you may encounter to work with each day for almost 3 hrs. The physicians, NP's and other staff members in the clinic were outstanding. The problem however was the new and most recent administrators. If you had a "strong team of good workers", you were perceived to have been "an issue" and were treated with rudeness and condescension, because you WERE a great employee, maybe too great,
Cons
The physicians, NP's and other staff members in the clinic were outstanding. The problem however was the new and most recent administrators. If you had a "strong team of good workers", you were perceived to have been "an issue" and were treated with rudeness and condescension, because you WERE a great employee, maybe too great, thereby causing the less than desirable team members to be put in the spotlight. Some managers were complete and total liars, as well as having "questionable backgrounds", that would seem impervious for some of your senior nursing personnel to even pass the background checks
