      Good products and customer perception of quality. Sells itself as company having good family values.

      Cons

      Bad management culture is covered up by the company and HR. Good employees leave because of bad managers and complain about them but no one cares. Poor management decisions being made by senior management. Inept managers sell themselves well to their bosses. The truth is hidden.
