It's a family company with leadership that really cares and tries to make the company better for employees and for the community. There are great education benefits. There is a positive culture of growing, asking questions, and collaborating outside of your job description
Cons
It's a family company with some old-school values. New working groups are fixing issues of diversity in leadership. It has had an old-boys problem.
