Family Like Culture. Company Car. Work-life balance. Company truly cares about putting patients needs before profits.

Cons

The company needs to walk the talk in terms of properly compensating their outside sales reps. Year after year, low pay not meeting industry standards is addressed and to deaf ears. Pay your people what they’re worth. Stop worrying about the bottom line more than what your employees are truly worth. Start rewarding longevity...it’s an absolute shame that new recruits are paid higher salaries while leaving veteran employees with lower salaries... this clearly does not incentivize talented reps to stay here.
