      Family ran corporation that exudes a culture of caring. I am given freedom to seek creative solutions for problems, develop new areas for research, and lead in project teams.

      Cons

      Very stagnant and slow to move on projects. Leadership sometimes have a hard time making a decision. Sometimes feels like we have a identity crisis.

      Pros

      401K matching, PTO/sick time, Good health insurance, cheap cafeteria, gym, clean work environment. Overtime is usually offered if not mandatory. Puts food on the table I guess. Could be worse.

      Cons

      Management can be petty. Very dependent on which department you work in. A lot of high school like behavior with cliques and gossip.
