      Cook helps patience. The benefits are good.

      Cons

      Stressful, due to upper management. Indecisiveness, not consistent, bad communication. Will lecture on how your suppose to do things but will not do it themselves.

      Pros

      401K matching, PTO/sick time, Good health insurance, cheap cafeteria, gym, clean work environment. Overtime is usually offered if not mandatory. Puts food on the table I guess. Could be worse.

      Cons

      Management can be petty. Very dependent on which department you work in. A lot of high school like behavior with cliques and gossip.
