      Pros

      Family owned business, the people treat you like their family and generally care for you. If you work hard, they recognize it and it shows. Carl Cook eats at work in the p48 cafeteria and you may find yourself eating with him, he is very nice.

      Cons

      They just downsized, alot of employees that I havetalked to are unsure of the company's future.
