Pros

Overall great structure to the internship program. The HR team as well as the entire company really values interns and the events they plan for us really show that. Very unique company culture, big company with "small company" feel because everyone is so friendly and helpful. From what I gather though, your experience is based on your SBU and the state of their business. Each SBU has their own subculture and pace that they work in, so that's important to consider. Case study projects with other interns and individual capstone projects. Offer a living stipend. Best piece of advice: DIVE IN AND REACH OUT. Look beyond your job description for opportunity to make an impact as an intern and reach out to find mentors. If you do, it will be an incredibly rewarding experience.

Cons

Definitely Midwestern in culture and very slow paced. Maybe not ideal for extremely ambitious college students interested in quick opportunity and urban locations. But great experience, nonetheless.

Pros

I left my old wage here because Cook just gave a $1 increase to current employees but not new ones, so yeah.. any ways the Benefits, Schedule flexibility, and Overtime are probably the only good things.

Cons

Higher-ups suck. Ranging from team leads to middle management. Lots of other departments are typically nice, but some departments are all about control and leave no room for moving up, especially with all the favoritism each department has.
