Pros
Wonderful first job for a new graduate interested in the medical device industry and eventually wanting to go into sales. You learn a lot about the different divisions and company as a whole. You serve as valuable support person to many difference functions within sales operations. The manager that oversees this team is great!
Cons
After about a year to a year and a half you are expected to move into another role, mainly as a District Manager (sales rep) and often may not have first choice of where you go. Not really a con, just need to be flexible in division and location.
