Pros

Great training, company vehicle, and techs are allowed much independence to run their routes.

Cons

Lack of support, micro management is encouraged and looked upon as a positive. Work-life balance is out of whack. Employee turnover is bad and causes the ripple effect of having to work weekends to make up for shortfall. Because of this, employee burnout occurs and the turnover cycle is a never ending process.
