      -industry leading pay -lots of hours -port to port -OT policy is very good -upper mgmt seems to actually care about the teams

      -lots of hours -so many hours -I worked 900hrs of OT in 2025

We are happy to hear about the excellent pay and good overtime policy. We constantly evaluate workforce headcount and needs to ensure that we are not burning out employees while also ensuring that they have full-time hours in the slower seasons.

      Great pay, no shortage of work, 401k has good match

      Worked here for over 4 years. Cons of this company are that lots of technicians are green and have limited knowledge of what they are doing. This leads the couple guys on the team to carry the entire branch. Burn out is insane. Evrey call is an emergency according to managers. On call a lot
