Honest Review - HVAC Technician CoolSys Employee Review

I didnt work there very long and here is why: 1. I felt management could not care less about me or my safety. (I have incidences where I was treated disrespectfully and callously for leaving a job due to rain and lightning conditions). 2. I didnt really feel any appreciation for any of the work I put in, I honestly felt Like I was being squeezed because it seemed like I was never doing enough even when I volunteered. 3. I really did not like the Norcal branch, just my personal opinion, in my view and opinion they dont care about fostering improvement in the technician themselves so if you are looking for a place to grow and you arent a journeyman then just be aware. This is just my personal experience.
