      Being surrounded by a driven team that helps one another out. Experiencing a well-shaped work environment with great communication even if there are people in the team who are hybrid or fully remote.

      Cons

      The company as a whole should take the technician's opinions and feedback into consideration when making future changes to management and overall aspects of the company for a healthier work environment and technician satisfaction.
