      Pros

      Benefits and pay are very good. There is no drama which was a nice change for me. Everyone seems to get along very well. Getting paid from the moment I get in the van to the time I get home is important that was nice when that got changed.

      Cons

      Work life balance is a little hard especially when on call. We don’t have enough technicians to keep the up so have to be on call all the time. And when on call you almost always work no matter what. Would be nice to be rewarded with more vacation with all the overtime worked.

      Pros

      New employees received basic training before starting their roles. The experience helped strengthen my problem-solving abilities.

      Cons

      Leadership lacked transparency regarding company decisions. Policies were applied inconsistently across different teams. Employee concerns were often ignored or dismissed. Compensation did not reflect the workload or responsibilities. High turnover created constant instability within the department.
