Very few leaders can be found here. The few really good contributors don't have promotion opportunities because "they are too valuable" in their current roles. The main way to move up is be a little loud but not really very productive. If you can play politics well, this could be the place for you. The private equity ownership isn't great. Things like not paying vendors 90+ days and taking away the 401k match to increase profits are decisions that were made during my time there.
