Pros
They'll hire you if you don't mind making minimal pay for unhealthy and overly-extraneous effort.
Cons
I consider it an unsafe environment with constant noise pollution, very bad odors, old equipment, cheap solutions to problem-solving, that relies on desperate people needing jobs. Most workers there smoke cigarettes, and too close to the Building. They were named something else before, have been bought out at least 3 times before, and almost went out of business and now they're relentless in their drive to secure longevity as part of Coorstek.
